QMS inspections, SAQAF accreditation, the evaluation system, mentoring, Thafheem, the syllabus and academic calendars.
Quality Management System
Three-phase inspection of every institution
Inspections across all institutions affiliated with SNEC are carried out in three structured phases — affiliation, assessment and accreditation. They examine institutional facilities and verify official documents, and engage directly with academic life through class-wise interactions with students, student assemblies, meetings with teachers, parents and management, and comprehensive institutional reviews.
The QMS ensures that identified shortcomings are addressed with clarity and commitment: it encourages open discussion on observations and recommendations, adopts constructive suggestions and steadily strengthens institutional standards.

SAQAF accreditation criteria
SAQAF evaluates institutional quality and assigns grades on nine criteria.
Administration and management
Infrastructure and Nazafa practices
Curricular aspects and Tarbiya practices
Co-curricular activities
Research and creativity
Digital advancement
Community engagement and Da'wa
Unique institutional practices
Stakeholders' reflection
How learning is supported and assessed
Semester examinations are time-bound. Registration, fee payment, hall tickets and results are handled through the exam portal; question papers are prepared centrally and the Exam Cell runs centralised evaluation camps.
Each teacher is assigned fixed students at the start of the year. The mentor identifies learning gaps, gives timely feedback and records progress in the Mentee Handbook.
Expert-led sessions for principals and teachers: model classes, reflection sessions and teaching-methodology workshops.
The research thesis every Majesteer (PG) student submits — topic selection, guide allocation, abstract and thesis over two years, guided by the Board of Research.
Publishes the textbooks and notebooks for the SNEC syllabus and the English and Arabic magazines that develop the writing of teachers and students.
Books, workshops, online courses, seminars and competitions that help graduates pass on, in phases, the knowledge and skills they have acquired.
