How SNEC handles the personal data you share on this website.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or subscribe to the newsletter we collect the name, phone number, district and (optionally) email, programme of interest and message you provide, together with the language you used and the campaign that brought you to the site. We do not collect anything else from the form.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry about admissions and to contact you about the programmes you asked about, or to send you the newsletter you subscribed to. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.
How we protect it
Enquiry details are encrypted in our database. Access is limited to SNEC admissions staff and, for a specific college, to that college's admission office. We never sell or share enquiry data with third parties.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are deleted automatically 18 months after they are received, unless you have become a student in the meantime.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you may ask us to correct or delete your details or to withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@snec.in or call +91 85905 55455.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses only the cookies needed to remember your language. If analytics is enabled, IP addresses are anonymised.
