Thafheem — the SNEC Faculty Development Programme for principals and teachers of affiliated institutions: model classes, reflection sessions and teaching-methodology workshops.
The SNEC Faculty Development Programme (Thafheem) brings together principals and teachers of all affiliated institutions for expert-led sessions that strengthen learning practices and every activity connected with the teaching process.
As part of the workshop, model classes are demonstrated, reflection sessions are held, and effective teaching methodologies are discussed and practised to enhance academic quality and professional growth. Institutions are informed of the venue and schedule through the Institute Management System (IMS).
