Only a society that honours those who impart knowledge will endure: M.T. Abdullah Musliyar

Malappuram: Education becomes meaningful only when students grow into a society that, along with the aim of acquiring all knowledge, regards the teachers who impart it with respect and takes them as models, said Samastha Secretary M.T. Abdullah Musliyar. Knowledge serves as the main instrument of social upliftment only when the ways and means by which it was received are held sacred and approached with reverence, he added.

He was delivering the keynote address at the SNEC Muqaddima — the commencement of studies — at CBMS Islamic Academy, Vilayil. Leaders and workers of Samastha and its feeder organisations took part.
